These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at ZestyLabs.org (the “Site”), operated by Zesty Labs (“Zesty Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Two companion documents form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference: our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why, and our SMS Messaging Terms, which govern any text messages we send you.
1. Purpose of the Site
Zesty Labs is a research and product studio. The Site is provided for informational purposes only, including describing projects, research directions, and early-stage products. The Site does not provide professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
Products, tools, or services referenced or linked on the Site may be governed by separate terms and conditions and privacy policies. These Terms apply only to ZestyLabs.org unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Communications and SMS Messaging
If you provide your email address or mobile number, you agree that we may contact you about the products and programs you signed up for. Text messages are governed by our SMS Messaging Terms, which cover message frequency, rates, and how to get help or stop messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. We do not sell your information, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
